We don't charge to go and have a look at your plumbing problem. So NO call out charge. Our charges only applies when we start working on the project.
Depends. We work all over London. Soon as we receive the call, it may take us 10 minutes or 2 hours. Depending on what you have to do will allocate your project to one of our teams, then it also depends on the status and location of that particular team.
We will never commit to any work without agreeing in advance on the cost that you will have to pay. However, each situation needs a separated assessment to determine the exact cost. It's difficult to have an approximated cost for an investigative visit before assessing the situation. Sometimes we need to open up panels, sometimes we need to break tiles, or sometimes ceilings has to be break up to access the leak, so really is a matter of how much work needs to be done in order to find the leak.
We do not work by the hour. There is always a fixed cost that we will agree before the works begin. That gives our customers the piece of mind that they will never pay more than it was initially quoted.
